Danmar Garage Doors is pleased to announce the arrival of custom designed aluminium tracks now supplied with all insulated and custom sectional overhead doors. Apart from strong resistance to corrosion these tracks are also smooth to touch, devoid of sharp edges, powder-coated in black and unlike the traditional steel tracks they offer smoother running surface resulting in quieter running garage door. Moreover, the tracks have a full length screw flute which means the wall brackets can be fixed anywhere on the track without the need to drill additional holes. 
These black powder-coated tracks together with strong polyethylene corners are ideal for coastal conditions and when coupled with top and side seals as well as powder-coated hardware (steel brackets, hinges and hangers) will last for many years with very little maintenance required. The tracks are suitable for all single and double sectional garage doors up to 500kg and able to be extruded to 6m these tracks will be suitable for most domestic an industrial premises.
